We will start this trail in the village of Paraiso with a slight climbing of half hour in the middle of mango trees, coconut trees and pineapple.

At 300 metres high, we will go downhill during 2 hours, walking along the edge of the mountain, facing the Caribbean Sea and the valley of the Nizaito river. This mountain is known for the high quality of its cacao production and you will have the opportunity to taste cacao seeds straight from the tree with a unique sweet and sour taste.

We will arrive to the village of Villa Nizao where people work mainly in agriculture producing coffee, cacao and other tropical fruits.
This village is located next to the river of Nizaito which offers wonderful natural swimming pools with crystal blue water. We will have lunch next to this river and of course we will have plenty of time to swim and enjoy fresh river water.

We will go back to the village of Paraiso following the river until it meets with the beach.
