Horseback riding in the tropical mountains of Paraiso.
During this full day horseriding tour, you will be amazed by the variety that offers the mountains "Sierra de Bahoruco"
We will start the day on the beach of Paraiso where we can see fishermen and pelicans next to the carribean Sea.
Then we will take a path uphill until the huge coffee plantation "Café de las Mujeres" on the edge of the mountain facing the village of Paraiso. In addition to coffee and cacao, we can observe and taste on the way a great variety of tropical fruits: mangoes, guayaba, coconut, passion fruit and pineapple.
Once arrived in Rancho Platon, next to the river Nizaito, it will be time to enjoy our lunchbag and refresh ourselves in the waterfalls and natural swimming pools of the ranch.

This horseriding activity is available for beginners. We have horses available for all levels and age.
According to your experience, we can organize more difficult treks for one day or during several days with night in campsite.
In the afternoon, we will horseride back to Paraiso following down the river. On the way we will meet several isolated farmer famillies who always love to share a moment of their life with travellers.
